Again, the Israelites turned from God and pursued their evil ways. God allowed the king of Moab to take control of the Israelites, making their lives miserable. When they asked God for help, He empowered a left-handed man named Ehud. With God fighting for the Israelites, the Moabites were defeated and the Israelites lived in peace for eighty years.
